If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one available on-site 24/7. This apartment is located on the third floor as part of a complex and has its own private keyed entrance at the front door on Market Street, but the side door is commonly used as the main entrance as the elevator is located there. ★ Pet Policy for Urban Home Stays: We welcome well-behaved pets with the following applicable fees: Reservations of 1-5 Nights: $50/pet Reservations of 6-20 Nights: $100/pet Long Term Reservations of 21+ Nights: $175/pet ***Note: the maximum pet fee for a long term reservation (21+ Nights) will be $175/pet per month There is a parking lot right next door to our building and it's $15 - $45 for 24 hours.
