The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines. 2) It is required that guests will need to pay for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 30 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home is necessary (1) once per month. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation. 3) We will from time to time stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections. Guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival. Please ensure that your reservation is for the right number of guests in order for us to maintain compliance with Airbnb rules and our insurance. *Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o a refund and/or a charge of $50 per guest/pet per night. *Undisclosed PET FEE is $500.

Also, please remember that this unit is located inside an apartment complex that has traditional "Long Term" Tenants as well. If you run into any one, we simply ask that you treat them with respect. The health, safety, comfort, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. - We provide (1) One PARKING Spot in our dedicated parking lot included with your reservation. If you need additional parking for more vehicles, please ask. Please obey all street signs when parking in other areas, we are not responsible for any ticketing, booting, and/or towing fees. - We welcome PETS on a case by case basis for a nominal fee pending length of stay. If you would like to bring your furry friends please let us know, rates start at $50 per stay (discounts are applicable for longer stays, capped at $175/month per pet). - Extra cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee, but are completely optional, please let us know if you would like extra cleaning during your stay. - The building requires that regular maintenance and pest treatments are done once a month, the day does vary. If you are staying during that time we will do our best to let you know 24 hours in advance. - This building is located in an urban setting and city noise is to be expected during your stay. Including, but not limited to trains, buses, automobiles, aviation, construction, etc. - A $250 security deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservations are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed.

Just east of downtown Dallas on the other side of US Route 75, Deep Ellum is the music hub of Dallas. National and local artists perform at a multitude of live music venues across town. Deep Ellum has more than its fair share of local restaurants and bars. Twisted Root Burger Co., Angry Dog, Braindead Brewing, and Serious Pizza are just a significant few in the area. The music scene, the incredible variety of eateries, luxury apartments, and the proximity to downtown Dallas are just a few perks of living in Deep Ellum.
